Default Fuses ??

As some may have seen my previous post, I recently picked up an 07 XK. I've been trying to take in as much as possible , and one thing that I always try to have on hand is the fuse locations etc.. b/c it's the first place I tend to look if something fails. Where is the fuses for the taillights, brake lights , or headlights for that matter ? I found the fuse diagrams with the locations and the corresponding devices, but no mention of light ( brake, head etc.. ) fuses. Anyone know where I can find it or if's somewhere I haven't looked ?

Here are the wiring diagrams for your car's lighting. There are no fuses for brake its or backup lights. They are powered directly from the Auxiliary junction box.

Here is a link to the service manual

They take a bit to open but once they do you can download them

That explains why I couldn' t find a fuse listed anywhere for the rear lights -- there isn't any ! lol Thanks so much for those links. Also downloaded them to my phone for safe keeping

Thanks all for their links and info - much appreciated !

Makes sense, you wouldn't want your lights to go out due to a blown fuse, especially when driving at night.
