Good deal or not

Hello all, I'm looking to buy my first XKR. I already own a STR. I have my eye on a '08 XKR with 49k miles on it. They're asking 46k. Would you guys consider that a good deal? Looks to be in good condition judging from the pictures. Thanks guys.
