I pulled into a Walgreen's sort of weirdly to back up into a good parking spot while also offloading my wife when a Vantage pulled up and had to wait a few seconds for me. I parked, he parked on the other side of the corner, also backing in, which is proper.
I opened my door in preparation of talking to another Automobile Enthusiast, and stood up. Dude didn't leave his car, but an old (85+?) lady in a frikkin' AMG pulled in forward right next to him, like less than a foot from his door.
I figured, Vantage dude would pull out and into one of the other clear spots, as there were many. Nope. Many seconds later he got out, so I slllooowwlly started making my way towards him for conversation.
Nope, he kept his head down and skedaddled into the store.
Well, fine then. Guess he wasn't in the mood. Or was busy. Or was intimidated by an XKR. Or was just a jerk.
We will never know. @mosesbotbol , do you avoid people when you are out in a Rapide?

I never avoid a chance to talk cars. I don't go crazy looking for parking spaces. In the end it just makes the inevitable heartbreak even bigger when something happens after so much effort to avoid it. I like to talk about other people's cars too. It could be something cheap & neat is as much interest to me as expensive and rare.
The Evora a few times I waited before getting to the car. There could a crowd of kids looking at it at the mall or something. I don't know if they're waiting to rob me or give me a high five. Aston blends in unless you're a car guy/gal.
