How do you remove the tail lamp on the 2012-2015 XK models?
Look like a few bulbs are blown in my right passenger tail lamp.Do i need to replace the bulbs or do i need a whole new tail lamp?If i need a whole new tail lamp,How do I take the old 1 out to put a new 1 in?I need the directions of getting to the assembly to take the screws out and everything so I don't end up breaking nothing.
All 5.0L XK/XKR models use LED taillights, not bulbs, and the LEDs are not individually replaceable. Beware of used LED taillights on Ebay, unless you can get a full refund if defective. Check with Forum sponsors for discounted prices and compare to online Jaguar dealers.
P. S. The pointed tip of the outboard lights is vulnerable to being broken, so be careful when installing the new one. How to do it is in the 5.0L Workshop Manual, which is on a Sticky at the top of this X150 Forum.

Reason: Added P.S.
Barry, what would help if you included your country in your location, as although Barry (like Nigel or Kevin) are uncommon names stateside (they prefer their Brad's and Troy's) I still may be wrong!

Jaguar ceased referring to "driver's side" and "passenger's side" a long time ago to avoid precisely this confusion. It's worth attaching the relevant extract from the XK Workshop Manual in this thread:
This method of referencing vehicle sides is the same regardless of which side of the road you drive on.

I think the RH side tail light is the 1 I need.I'd rather get a used 1 cause im not trying to pay a robbery fee of $600 for a tail light when the F-Type tail lights are cheaper than the XK tail lights whatever sense that makes
Passenger side tail lights (USA models) seem to be a weak spot on these cars. I had the same thing happen to mine. They are easy to change, just remove some trim in the trunk and undo three or four bolts. There is a small rubber trim that does not come with the rear light assembly. You may be able to reuse your original. I bought genuine Jaguar replacement light assembly for around $350.00 or so.
