iPod connection wiring
Hi all,
I apologise in advance if this has been discussed before, although I couldn't find it.
I have a 2006 XK which doesn't have the iPod connection in the centre console (just a place for the key) so I am wondering if the wiring will all be in place under the console for me to plug in an ACM?
If so, would I then need the dealer to activate?
I have an old iPod I am happy to plug in and leave to play my collection, but if there's a neater solution available to stream direct from my iPhone XS, I'd be very interested in any recommendations.
Many thanks!
Matt

Welcome to the forum Matt
The ACM was a complete kith with module and wiring, there is no existing wiring in the car for it.
There is a cheaper and simpler alternative available now, to give you a bluetooth link from your phone via the AUX input
See here https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...ed-acm-217898/
You just need a dealer to enable the AUX, then plug in the bluetooth adaptor.
