Buzzing sound after alarm tun off and also turned on help

 

Maybe you could spend more than 3 seconds describing the problem?
If I were to guess, I’d pick the ‘sounder’. Search this forum and you’ll find out more about it.

had the car off the road for a while with the battery off. It drove awful when put back on the road and the alarm started making constant high pitch noise from where the bonnet airbag area. Press the fob noise goes away but soon returns. Even after locking the car. Thanks Eric

 

That’s your ‘sounder’. Probably gone bad and needs to be replaced. Although you said you had the battery off for awhile, and perhaps the sounder’s internal battery discharged. Will it recharge and function normally? Don’t know, it might just be cooked. Search the forum, you’ll find others have replaced it with an identical Ford part for not much cost.
