Default Location of navigation dvd

I have a 2011 Jaguar XK convertible and according to the owners manual the navigation dvd is located in the trunk behind an access panel. Mine has no access panel. It does have 2 plastic louvered panels, one on each side but no dvd player under those. Where is the navigation dvd located?

The access panel is the small vertical plastic panel on the right hand side of trim panel which runs across directly in front of the battery. You can remove the entire trim panel by unscrewing the four luggage hooks and taking the panel out.

The navigation DVD access panel is on the RIGHT hand side of the trim panel and not the left. Left and right sides are when viewing the vehicle from the rear looking forwards. This is from the 2011 US specification Owner's Handbook:

So I guess this is the OTHER identical thread that I didn't see until after I answered it.

Kye,

I have merged your two threads on the same subject to save other members the duplicate effort of responding to both threads.

Cheers,

Don

Thank you to all for solving my problem. It was exactly where everyone who responded said it was. Can’t believe I missed it, but I was looking where my owners manual said it was.
