Navigation stuck/frozen on caution screen

Question Navigation stuck/frozen on caution screen

Navigation screen frozen on caution screen. Language and Agree button unresponsive thus can't get to navigation screen.
All other functions work eg audio climate etc.
HELP!!!!'

Mine froze once and after turning the ignition off, getting out, locking the door and walking away for a few minutes, it was back to normal. That ultimately turned out to be a weak battery. Problem has not returned since installing the new battery. Hope that helps.

I second the battery. I cured a whole host of electrical gremlins simply by changing the battery!

Hopefully that was your problem...but you may want to have your battery load tested. It may allow you to head off many of the issues experienced with an inadequate battery.
