New listing for 2008 XKR Portfolio Vert
As of now, there are three listings for the 2008 XKR Convertible Portfolio.
The one I am getting with 84k miles but all maintenance done.
Another in PA (listed on Cars .com for 24k) immaculate, both Alcon and ACC and all maintenance records. 81K miles.
And now this one.
Lower miles, but outside of Carfax which does show regular visits to a jag dealership and maintenance, no records.
Per seller (consignment): "He loves fancy cars but knows nothing about cars. Just did oil changes and such for the 4 years he owned it."
Physically the car is immaculate inside and out.
No noticeable mechanical issues, Dealer consigning had it PPI'd before listing it... but in my mind zero records means: SC, Trans, Suspension, Cooling system, all that "should have been done stuff" is in play, potentially taking the total invested to $22-24K if you aren't a DIYer.
The tires are from 2018 (had him send me pics of dates) so are 6y old. So there's another $1200 soon.
I'm sticking with the devil I know. 84K miles and all.
But I figured maybe someone out there is in the market for an '08 XKR Portfolio with reasonable mileage.

The pic is there now of engine covers. This car has taken 1st place a couple of times and a 2nd because I left a rag in the door pocket at Jag Concour de Elegance class D11 in the Driven Division.
10 cents a post - he'll get there

Lol! assure you, I am in no way special.
but at .10 a post I think they’re hoping I’ll quit talking about potentials and pull the trigger.
