"may become salvage"..... means it'll be a salvage title. They asking $26k??? Man, they smoke some good weed.
A non-salvage with still low miles (38k) can be had for just a bit more, and no bidding;

So after three and a half months, here it is again for sale in Florida. (Asking price of $50K.)
(Not sure if the title was "washed", but no signs of it's "history'.)
