Default Seat belt color change

I'm thinking of changing my rather boring black seat belts to something more interesting. I can across a company that repairs seat belts and air bag modules. They other to switch seat belt webbing to a different color for $75/ belt. I have quilted diamond performance seats. The seat belts would add a bit of interest to the interior. to keep with the theme of my interior I like the black with red boarder or all red for the stark contrast. The red with black boarder, IMO, is not consistent with my interior theme. Other members may find this interesting to consider. As an alternative, as I think about this, with the the seat belts removed an upholstery shop should be able to sew in a red board for a reasonable cost or even sew in a diamond pattern to match the diamond pattern in my seats at the risk of making them too unfactory. What do you think? Here is the link to their website (I have no interest or affiliation with the the business): https://www.safetyrestore.com/conten...sword-recovery

Matching red seat belts would look fantastic. You are replacing front and rear, correct?

Yes, the solid red to match the stitching would give the interior a more sporty look. Where the black with red boarder would look more luxurious and high end. I'm not sure if I'll do this yet. If I do it will be over next winter. It's a relatively in expensive change to do for $300US (4 belts) plus shopping and makes a big impact.

Glen,
Here is what it looks like in my Pantera. I also have black with red diamond stitching seats and I changed the black belts to red harness. Take a look. (By the way, the yellow on the belt is simply the flash hitting the belts, they are bright red.)

The red really pops giving it a sporty look. If I do this, you've convinced me, red is the way to go--sporty, but also classy. It will need to be the right shade of red between dark and fire engine medium. Of course, your race belts, Ted, take it to another level. This fits your Pantera well.

Even a i30 can be spec'd up to have red belts keep it original, it adds to the sheer class of owning a Jag

The red definitely pops. I don't want to go with a racer look. I might just go with changing the webbing to red. This will not happen until next winter if I still have the appetite for it.

If it were me, I would go for the black webbing with the red border. Rich understated look.
