saw green 2007 convertible with 48000 miles *steering feel loose is
this no good?

No good. Look at all the threads about front suspension bushing replacement. Lots of them, some expensive, and time consuming.

Of course, you might be talking about "low steering effort" that is a different thing. If you really want you can have the suspension inspected by a dealership who are quick to point out deficiencies. But, do not use the dealership used by the seller. Use someone else. Even then, listen carefully the technician and to your gut.
