Sun visor hangs low

I have a 07 XK convertible. My visors hang down over an inch. It’s unsightly. I have tried holding them up with Velcro which didn’t work.

Is there a solution?

Mine were dropping about a finger-tip length so I replaced both with new. Didn’t want to bother with make-shift repairs.
