Hi Guys,
This may be of interest, as it's only has 9K miles, or so, and is available in San Luis Obispo, CA. I ran across this while looking for a vert.

The guy passed on and the girl friend has it on consignment for sale.

2009 Jaguar XKR Portfolio XKR Portfolio Coupe 2D

Happy Motoring today!
I own a 2009 XKR Portfolio Edition convertible. It is one beautiful car.

This one being offered is a Coupe but could be a good value at about $42,000. The price on the website for $46,995 is too much. This Portfolio Edition does NOT have the Alcon brake calipers, nor Adaptive Cruise Control which puts the pricing at about $42,000. The price of $46,995 is close to dealer retail. If it is a consignment by a private party at a dealer, then I am sure the price can be negotiated down.

Car is also being offered by a Dealer, not an private party.

Clean Carfax and Portfolio Edition is rare for 2009 with only 180 Coupes produced for USA distribution.

http://www.carfax.com/VehicleHistory...WA45C099B29628

Anyone looking for a beautiful Coupe with ultra low miles, SHOULD consider this car. It is special, but has to be bought at the right price.

Good find....

The reason, I mentioned it was a consignment sale, was due to my asking if it had adaptive cruise control. The guy answering the phone stated he would have to get with the owner and ask her if it was alright to road test and check for it. I agree too, the low 40s might be about be about right. I was going to offer $40 Gs in cash.

The car does NOT have Adaptive Cruise Control or there would be 2 wheels on the steering wheel driver right side.

If you can get this for $40,000 CASH.....i suggest you BUY IT.

This was a great find....hope you get it.

Cool! Didn't know that. Do you happen to have a pic of that, or anyone reading this, for that matter? To engage it on my '04 XJR you need only to set the distance between you and the driver ahead in the cruise-control mode. It auto-engages

The photo dipicting the Adaptive Cruise Control is from a fellow forum member who just happens to own a 2009 Jaguar XKR Portfolio Edition Convertible.

His is quite rare with the Ivory Interior, Alcon brakes, ACC, Spare tire.

Same car as the 2009 XKR PE Coupe that you are looking at.

I am going to be in San Luis Obispo on Tuesday and Thursday of next week if you want someone to take a look. I'm looking at a 2010 XKR in Los Angeles (where I live) on Monday evening that is priced at $38000 although it has 60K miles on it. I may have a new car on Tuesday for my trip up.

Would be interesting to get a first hand look and see if the salesman gives the same story I received. The salesman, I spoke with, was "Steve". He told me the girlfriend wanted to sell this Jag after boyfriend died. The way "Steve" presented this story, led me to believe this is a consignment sale.
It should present well with only 9K, or so, miles.
Happy trails....

Being new to the newer Jags, I don't know that I've notice the difference. I will add, I had to replace a one of the center wheel caps years on our '04 XJR, a number of years ago. Apparently, the ones that came on the '04 (we purchased in July of 03, were discontinued as the dealer did not have the same caps. Our's were more holo-graphic, the dealer replacement were flat stenciled? I later found, them in a flyer from Welsh Jag and bought 4.

Jaguar wheel center caps are available on eBay in so many different varieties and the best prices anywhere.
