Greeting to the all knowing members of the forum,
Anyone know what material (vinyl or leather) that covers the black trim piece directly inside the lower part of the windshield and in front of the actual leather covered dash panel?

Does anyone know if the section of the dash with the defroster windshield vents is covered with vinyl or black leather? 2007 XK and I would assume all the X150s

Vinyl. The only real leather in the car is the front of the seats, back, side and armrest are vinyl… same with all major brands when they sell you so called « leather seats », except Bentley, RollsRoyce and Bugatti…

Think there is a trim level where that is true, but I think most have more leather than that.

Most comfortable car I have ever and probably will ever sit in. (Outside of an old Cadillac I sat in at a car show once.)
