So you have 10.5 rears and went from 295 to 305, my rim being 10" so i should have no problem going from 285 to 295.

I doubt there will be a problem - they'll only project 5mm further from the rim, so you shouldn't have clearance issues. The rolling radius will be 0.9% greater, which means your actual speed will be closer to the indicated speed (since the speedo normally over-estimates by about 1-2%, depending on tyre wear).
