Yeah, that's ugly.
Have you tried the Parts Finder yet?
i cannot seem to figure out what it is where it its in terms of looking for parts. i could manually patch it but this car is my baby and my daily so i want a fresh update if i can find it
Think you want part number: C2P17130
Its called “Insulation Pad”.
That’s the part number for the passenger side of a LH drive car. (C2P17129 is the passenger side of a RH drive car.)
If buying it new, it should come with the clips.
Mrs. LHR has kicked two of them right out from under the dash on long road trips from perpetual motion on her side of the car. I replaced it twice. There won't be a third time.
Mine is almost in the same shape. The cardboard and felt clips just have no support and there's not much for them to hang onto. It's really annoying and poor design.
Looks like C2P17130is still available from JLR but at that price, I'd be trying to find a used one first!

I've been looking for this part and am unable to locate one, or any clips to try to fix the one that is falling in my coupe. Any resource for purchase?

The clips (item #11 in the above drawing) can be purchased from ClipsAndFasteners.com, I have a box of them I bought, not knowing that a new insulation pad came with them. If I find the box, I’ll post their part number.
EDIT: The ClipsAndFasteners.com part number is 21790, looks like the Ford part is W709688-S300.
