Water drip confirmation please, normal?
First summer using the Jag so can someone confirm this is normal please?
Just got home on a warm day run and having the air con on. Noticed a singnificant 'drip' from above the transmission and dripping from both sides quite fast.
I turned off the air con and after a while, the dripping just about stopped.
Is this the normal drain from the air con and nothing to worry about?
Is this where the problem can be with the blocking of the duck bill blocking and going into the car instead? Funny place to put it if it is that!
Hoping it's normal but just surprised at the amount of water!

Hey Swisstone. Yes its normal coming out of the drain pan. The duckbill comes out of the tunnel just above the transmission so that's where you'll see the water.
Yes it's where the problem occurs, if it occurs

Hey thanks very much guys! All good then as yes it's coming from both sides of the transmission. On inspection, it seems to be clear water and not coolant so air con related. I've had it on other cars and only a small amount but just amazed at the constant drip! 😀
