Mine had it's MOT, sailed through with no advisories, the MOT tester said that 2017 cars with a 5th as much power were more polluting.

Also got my (Cabro Bob) ashtray OBD display fitted, the first in a 5.0 in the whole frikken world

Washed the car too

I hooked up to SDD to check out the intermittent P0430 that I get. What a debacle.
I got in, and it wouldn't get off the module page until about the fifth try. Then I couldn't find the Diagnose page.
Then I got SYSTEM ERROR a couple times and restarted.
I tried a different tack..... went into..... scratch that, TRIED to get into the CCF to shut off my TPMS system but got that stupid SYSTEM ERROR message no less than another eight times.
I gave up and started working on other stuff.
At least the battery got a good charge.

He's from the UK I believe. They have more options than we have in North America. The newest one you can get in North America is made by Volvo 2016/17. part # 31489539

Beyond that, you would need to go into a solution sold by Cambo's company that incorporates Apply CarPlay or Android Auto into the touch screen and you could use their respective maps.

After a clean, wax and polish, finally got the pedal upgrade competed including the dead pedal and luggage finisher in Sheeba MY14 XK, in time for Sunday's Jaguar Drivers Club of Long Island "Scramble' to Vanderbuilt Mansion and Museum in Centerport, NY..

Nope, no protection in the winter. Either the snow would just accumulate under it, or crush it (probably unable to get a permit to build one in many areas).

yea that sucks. We have quite a large car port as well as a workshop , so there are options.

650km road trip from Sydney (Australia) to Mudgee (country town) over two days. Most of the roads were secondary roads with lots of curves and hills. Just what an XK is good at. Average fuel consumption for the trip was 9.2litres/100km.

Only problem encountered- insects don't move out of your way so I now have a big detailing job to do!
