Any word while all the MediaFire links are not working any longer for the various manuals? Thanks.

Read each "sticky" thread for an explanation of what happened and workarounds, if still available.

Thanks. If MediaFire took it down, it was probably because of a copyright violation complaint. Do we have any alternative solutions available to the membership?

No what happened is a long time member and moderator GGG got into some argument with the owners of the forum. He has taken all the files down.
They won't be coming back unless someone else can provide them.

It's a real shame as he had a load of stuff on MediaFire too!

So that's why GGG has been gone for six months then? What a shame.

A major loss. Always helpful to me when asked.

Perhaps we can contribute the manuals we have and recreate the service? I have the XK 4.2 and 5.0 maintenance, and the first VIN series electrical manual. Anyone else have other docs?

I couldn't have possibly owned my 4.2 without them.

Good thing I’m not in charge…. I would have banned the user and sent a gift to GGG for his patience.

Well that's what I heard so do take it with a grain of salt! Graham was a great asset to this forum and he had helped me more than once. I contacted him when this first stated on PM.

Yes what happened is I reported a spam post to Graham. He went to delete it and that's when the problems started with the forum. Apparently they are fighting for ever last member and post they can get. So any member is a member regardless of what they post. He did NOT agree with this and here we are.

Yes panthera999 I have been uploading what I have when people request it. We just had a bunch of interest in the last release of the JEPC.
I agree that without the manuals I got on this forum I would never have kept my Jaguar this long.

The mediafire account was a paid personal subscription set up specifically for this forum. Unfortunately, since he is no longer a member of the forum, he has decided not to renew the subscription. Looking at options to obtain the files and post, but in the interim, you may be able to find what you are looking for on forum member Gus's website JagRepair.com - Jaguar Repair Information Resource

Good point and maybe Gus will add some of the missing documents to his site.

I have asked IB if they would increase the file size limitation from 20MB to 50MB so that many of the files that were housed on mediafire can just be dropped here - looking at all options

Google Drive gives me 50gb for free - Mediafire gives me 15gb for free. I have the 4.2l Service Manual. I don't have anything else though. A mediafire account holding just service manuals shouldn't take up much space. I also have the SDD program posted to my mediafire - I can supply links to folks if you message me or something. Idk
