Windnoise convertible roof Jaguar XK
First of all hello to you all Jaguar enthusiast!
Last Saturday I bought my very first Jaguar and I really love it!
The looks and ride are really great, I bet you all agree.
Mine is a Jaguar XK from 2006 with only 83.000 kms and I'm the 3rd owner.
Last owner was a gentleman who became to old to drive this car with his 82 years and which was in his possession from 2014.
The one problem I have is that when I drive the car with the roof closed, from about 80 kms or faster, I start to hear a whistling sound of the wind coming from the back side of the roof.
I cleaned the chrome part on which the roof closes at the back to make sure that there is nothing there for to prevent it closing perfectly.
And I've checked the roof as good as I can if I could find anything that might cause this whistling sound, but there's nothing to see that might be the cause.
Perhaps anyone has had the same "problem" with his or her roof and might help me solve this matter.
Best regards from the Netherlands!

Never would have guessed it myself!
Will inform you about the outcome.
Best regards,

Well Canadacat, you were absolutely right!
I couldn't believe that the antenna was the "troublemaker", but when it's not in use, there's no whistling sound caused by the wind.
Perfect!
Thank you very much for your help!
Beautiful country you live in, was in Toronto last year.
Best regards,
Harry
