Wiper Blades?
Full disclosure: this is an XF question. But it might apply to all jags, and this is the better forum.
So I took the car in for its 80K service (basically an oil change plus the recommended spark plug replacement, at $600), and they reported back that both my front wiper blades and the single for the rear window needed replacing (They were not trying to gouge me, I was aware of this). The cost for replacing the three? $210. Hard pass.
I've always had success with trico blades, so I went to buy a few-- but first, for laughs, I looked up a price for OEM blades from a Jag dealer. Surprisingly, it was only three or four bucks more per blade.
So my question: I do like to keep things stock..... are the few extra bucks for the Jag wiper blades worth the hassle of a 40-minute drive to the dealership, or do I grab the Trico blades from the Napa parts shop that's five minutes away?
Thanks as always...

I don't know where you are in SoCal. But, Jaguar Santa Monica installed two OEM blades on my XKR for around $50-$60 all in a few years ago.

Maybe, maybe not.
I used Bosch Aerotwins for years, including on my XFS and XFR, and they were great, best wiper blades I had ever used.
So when I got my F-Type I immediately bought a set from Rock Auto.
You can imagine my disappointment when they immediately turned out to be the WORST wiper blades I have ever used, no matter how much I cleaned the windscreen and the blades. Constant incessant massive very loud judder at all times!
I then bought a set of OEM Valeo blades again from Rock Auto and they have worked perfectly from day one (which was some six years ago now).
I am fairly sure the XK takes the exact same wiper blades as an F-Type.

RichardS: can't get free shipping from Jag dealers that I've worked with, and that $$ makes the difference.
OzXFR: I've had iffy results with Bosch products (filters, batteries).
Tiepolo: The Trico blades are on sale for $22. The Jag blades are between $19-27. (Different sizes-- the rear blade is actually pretty small)
RalphWG: I'm in the Northeast now. Was referencing the Jag dealership in Boston, which is otherwise pretty good. Closest shop for parts is Jag of Albany.
I already replaced the rear blade with a Napa blade and it's great. Might go with the OEM blades for the front.

There are lots of choices on Amazon, with helpful customer reviews. I never read the positive reviews, only the negative ones.
I recently bought these Bosch wiper blades for my 2013 XJ. Easy installation, work great.
