My opinion....
If I had my choice, and could get this 2013 Jaguar XKR seller down to the $82,000-$82,500 price range, I would buy this 2013.......with the 2314 miles.
I am originally from the Chicago area, and Lake Bluff is a very exclusive high end town, North of Chicago and next to Lake Forest.
The car is practically brand new and you still have 3 years of full warranty. In addition, it is one year newer than what you were looking for. MSRP was $106,695.00 so in one year thats a $24,000 reduction (22.5%) for practically a new car.
My opinion, if the price is right, why consider anything else even if you have to go $2000-2500 over. In previous posts you stated that you were willing to own the car for 10 years, and would probably be your last. Just amoritize the $2000-$2500 over that 10 year period, its $200-$250 per year.
So enjoy life, you can't take it with you anyway. Have kids, will the car to them. No reason to spend the $80,000 for the 2012 with 3 owners and 9300 miles, when you can get the 2013 for HOPEFULLY, the $82000-$82,500 price tag.
Deal hard, if your paying cash, it's another incentive for closing the deal. You also get your Rear View camera that you wanted.

FYI:
Regarding Jaguars at auctions. Since Jan 2nd, 2014 there were a total of 52 Jaguars sold at dealer only auto auctions, and during that time only 2 XK/XKR's crossed the block. The newest was in Houston, Tx for a 2011 XKR with 15,000 miles for $50,000. The auto auctions have been loaded with XF and XJ models. I have access to the auto auction results. The XK/XKR model are extremely hard to find at dealer auto auctions.

Here's another very low miles 2012 in my neck of the woods that appears to be well below your threshold. Not much time left on it, though.

I've been talking to them but best i could do was $83K and after looking at the numbers I've got to back off. My target was $75K for a low mileage car . If I go through the numbers no matter how I do the math it comes out way above the target. As I mentioned it seems the price break is between 2011 and 2012. I see the 2011's running in the $65K range but the 2012's are all at $80K+. My problem comes with a 7 1/4% ($6K) sales tax and about a $1000 shipping coupled with about an $800 test drive/review. This all takes me out to around $90K which is way out of my range. Dam I wish the 2011 had the back up camera. It makes that car I test drove look pretty inviting. OK back to rethinking my plan.
Big savings on the 2011 in Great Neck and it does look good. Would consider the $8.00 side mirrors in lieu of the rear view camera. They could save you big $$$$$$.
Whatever decision you make, I am sure it will be right.

I sure wish I was at 7 1/4% in Ontario Canada it's 13%

Continue the search, but be realistic that you just might have to settle for a 2011 model and then after a year or two, work up from that point.
Since you are a senior, and love cars, I am sure whatever you select, you will keep in top shape thus having some good value for trading up to a newer model down the road. If you stick to the 2011MY the vast amount of depreciation has already come out of the car. I would think that you should have no problem finding a nice 2011 XKR Convertible for the right price. You just have to come to a hard decision that the 2011 will meet your needs, whether it has a back up rear view camera or not.
Most of us here already agreed that spending an extra $15,000 to $20,000 just for the right of having the rear view camera was not worth spending that extra.
As for shipping, if you can't find one locally your only choice is fly and drive or auto transport, so just come to the conclusion that shipping is also an unavoidable expense. It is always cheaper to have a car transported. Since you have already test driven a XKR, consider having a independent inspector, inspect the car, drive the car, and furnish you with a comprehensive report. This can be done for under $200...thus saving you $600 from your estimated expense.
Also consider the coupe model vs the convertible, that will save a few bucks as converts are priced higher by several thousand dollars.

Sales tax is an unavoidable part of buying a car. Yes, part of the whole deal. For many, the addition of the state sales can really ruin a potential purchase especially when you are buying the car outright with no trade value to offset the cost. I guess we are quite lucky at having just a 3% sales tax on vehicles here in NM.
