I put the leaper on my 08 and took a picture. I looked at it that night and was surprised to see that someone replaced the tail light with the wrong lens.
I could not go to sleep so I got and pulled the cover off. I was surprised that the sunlight made them look so different. It was the original lens. Thanks Rich for the leaper.

 

The left and right lenses don't look the same because of the rear fog lamp. I noticed the same thing!

I know a lot of people on this forum think of Jaguar as only a English company but Ford had a great influence on its products development and spent a fortune. I was with a Ford executive for dinner the other night and he told me there was a lot of frustration with upper management because not only were they spending so much money on Jaguar they were stealing Fords best minds "engineers, quality control analysts etc." and sending them to England. I think it paid off for Jaguar if not Ford. So driving in the Metro Detroit area, I like my Plate.
