Default 01 xk8 tps voltage needed

Replaced my TB and am having a hard start issue, so before I call up ASI, can someone tell me what the base voltage is with the key on and not running and what the WOT voltage is under the same conditions?

Car idles a tad low and when I first put the TB on, it had a hard start, but now it is getting progressively worse. First is was once in a while I got the hard start and now it is almost every time, if I let it turnover enough time (3-4 secs.) it will backfire out the TB, but if I turn the key to the ON position, count to two, car will fire right up.

Called ASI and they think the tps is to far retarded, which makes sense. They told me w/car running the voltage should be .34 at idle and 4.7 at WOT, which is great if I had a Jag reader and could set it.

When you fitted the new TB, did you do a hard reset to put the fuel trims back to default?

Forgot to mention, after the TB swap, I started getting P0340 and P0341. Anybody know if this is related to the swap, I am thinking I might have done something when I took the intake off.

Probably a wild card but have you checked fuel pressure at the rail? Pump could be playing up after sitting whilst the TB was away for repair?

Got a new error code today - P1122.

ASI is going to send a new TPS, after a shaky start. ASI has been giving me good customer service.

Is the camshaft position sensor the one that has its connector on the bottom right (Pass. side) of the TB?

Thanks

Last TPS was no good, ASI wanted the whole TB this time and I had to send it on my dime (Not Happy).

I bought a used TB and it works great, going to ask ASI for my money back. I cannot keep going through this, so far the rebuilt TB from ASI has cost me $1,200 and counting, with rental cost, towing to garage, labor and shipping TB back and forth.

This is the second issue I have received from ASI. This is not what we need. Please keep us posted on your progress.

ASI called and told me they found the problem with the TB and wanted my credit card number to bill me for shipping.

I will not say how I replied, but after my fit they ate the cost of shipping.

Note to others, DO NOT send your old TB to them until after you verify the one they sent you is good.

Also, they still have not reimbured me for the core charge.

Well, got the TB back Tuesday, put it on lastnight.

SAME EXACT problem (code P1122), asking for my money back now, I cannot take them anymore. I have sent either the TB or TPS back 5 times and nothing works.

Also, still have not received my core charge refund/

A little over a month after I requested the core charge refund, they are processing it today, had to call them AGAIN.

Note, they are still working on the TB refund, they have had the damn thing back for over 2 weeks.

Stay far, far away from this company.

I have still not received a refund from ASI and they basically told me to go jump in a lake when I asked about the core I sent in.

So far they have refunded me my core charge and that is it. so my plan is to go on any forum that might have a member deal with them and warn them about ASI.

Gave them $600 + my core and have gotten $100 back. I have been hung upped on and when I left messages, no one returned my calls and spent almost $200 in shipping charges + Shop fees and towing fees and have been treated pretty poorly, except when I ordered their piece of junk.

and YES, I am ranting.

Sorry about your experience, but at least the rest of us are warned. I will be looking elsewhere for TB repairs.
