100k miles, 14 yrs, spark plugs

I'll bet the new Plugs make it run a lot better...…Hope you changed the Coils also...………Lanny, that's great but have you had any other problems other than this set of Plugs over those 14 years and 100,000 miles?.

I'd keep the coils or if changing any then keep the old one(s) as spare(s). Some new ones are rubbish...
My plugs also looked good for 100K miles, and figured I'd be relieved if I ended up doing another change at 200K.

bcprice36: I did not change the coils for exactly the point that JagV8 mentioned, new ones can be junk. For a short summary of our XK8's life, see my other posting.....New Clubmember....
