99 Jag XK8 Engine misses

99 Jag XK8 Engine misses
I have a 99 Jag XK8 and the engine misses only after the engine is hot, it runs good when cold. I changed the plugs and one coil pack and it still misses. Could in be the alternator?

Stop throwing parts at it and either buy an inexpensive code reader or have one of the parts supply stores read the codes. Then bring the actual code here, not the reader interpretation and we will help.
