Default ABS/DSC fault message & warning light

Need some help on my 2003 XK8 regarding the warning lights. The DSC message would appear randomly every 2-3 months, but no ABS light activation. Turn car, off and restart, the light goes out. Happens for past 3-5 years and cleaned sensors, etc but no solution. Recently driving and the ABS/DSC message/light come on. The ABS light had not been on previously so I shut the engine down and restarted. Lights still on. I have a Autel MD805 code scanner plus a Torque Pro on my phone. The Autel MD805 reads ABS/ DTC (both P & C) codes. I get a notice for power disturbance detected on code C1295 and code c1267. The c1295 is steering angle sensor power disturbance. the c1267 is power disturbance detected with ABS module. These are in addition to a P code of P1582 which is a Flight Recorder message noted regarding the Throttle Motor. The Flight Recorder message is noted in the Jaguar Tech Bulletin XT303-01 shared by Motorman. These messages are listed in the menu as Permanent Codes???
Ran a Scan with my torque Pro and got P1000, no DTC's. The MD805 also showed no relevant DTC codes., just the permanent codes noted. Went to the menu to view live data regarding the wheel speed sensors. They are all (4) working and showed to be accurate. Also pulled the (3) fuses related to DSC and they checked good. Battery shows 12.6V. Ground and cables are clean and tight.
I replaced the Right Front Harness to the ABS sensor since it showed a break when I performed the "wiggle" test at sensor. The new pigtail is correct and wire color code corresponds with the original. All 4 of sensors show to be working. What would cause a power interruption to the items noted above. Seems the power interruption was cause of the errors. Does anyone have suggestion how or what action to take to eliminate the ABS/DSC lights being on.

C1295 sounds like a connector, harness or sensor fault.

I don't know if the 'live data' can be seen with the steering angle sensor. (actual movement with DATALOGGER)

C1267 is the module DISABLED.
(DSCCM anti-lock functions temporarily disabled)
(DSCCM failure)
(Note: attempt hard reset before DSCCM replacement)

Thanks Bob for info. Do not understand how the Permanent Faults relate to inability to reset the ABS/DC lights? Were these temporary power interruptions or does it indicated dislodged connectors that are still not connected? I have not disconnected the ABS module from harness, but pressed firmly on the large connector from top to bottom. Did not disturb wiring in car, but near the left front and right side ABS Sensor harnesses. Tried to Erase the codes, scanner indicated failure to erase. Any idea why? Will you share a procedure or is there a corrective measure to to perform that will reset the lights? HARD RESET did not help.

Additional info: Checked the Scanner and it's saved scans with info. It listed the codes above but had a additional code stored. P1571 which is the Brake Light Switch. Remembered I got the warning once that "cruise not available" but it has not appeared again. Perhaps this bit of info can spur some additional suggestions? Still have the p1000 meaning all drive cycle monitors not reset. Only one remaining is the O2 sensors monitor incomplete. Amber warning light & message DSC Fault + ABS amber emblem is lit. All the connectors near left front and right side ABS harness connector have been checked. Sure could use some additional related help. The code c1267, what disabled it and is it temporary or require a reset?
