I purchased a set ,,really beautiful,,"guaranteed to fit my 98 XK8",,when they arrived drop shipped to a shop,,they were an 18 inch rather then the 17s on my car,,i needed two tires as it was so i purchased a set new,,they fit the wheels fine but the lugs on my wheels were about a half inch too short,,replacing them the hub of the wheel was about a 32d too small to fit mine,,having them milled a bit now ,,ruining the warranty im determined to have the :three time assurance " they fit my car,,' from the major wheel and tire dist,,

 

Why did you not return the wheels for a full refund or for the supplier to ship you the 17-inch wheels that you need?

 

wheels,,not available in 17,,after three weeks of back and forth i am not getting into a return tag game bs,,

 

Replacing stock wheels on any car can be tricky. Hub size, offset, and bolt/lug pattern are just some of the variables. Perhaps the vendor neglected to add “with modifications” to their description of “guaranteed to fit your ______”…

 

any mention of modifications was a void notice for a return,,bs i had about a 32 d milled off the hub..perfect fit,,lovely wheels on the car
