All XKR fans
Hey Dale--up in Marin County you probably don't get the plethora of "rice-burners" that we get down here in SoCal. In general, these are typically Honda's, Suburu's, Mitsubishi's, etc. that are dangerously souped up for their size and weight. You will see all manner of wings, huge exhaust outlets, carbon fiber crap, large letters plastered all over the exterior. . .you get the point.

Thanks - I've never heard that term around here - but we do have a few of them, and now I'll smile every time I see one!
We left Santa Monica in '95, and then those cars weren't consider safe on the freeways by a lot of people - you had to have heft as well as power.
I have the other problem here in Marin - my XKR is considered a "pollution machine" and not very PC. However, when I explain that our other car is a Prius - I get a little slack, and folk tell me they think it enhances the neighborhood - visually at least.

If the side of your honda say's "got rice?" . You are not only a ricer, but you are smart enough to make fun of yourself. I have seen a lot of those in Orange county around a little place that the sign on the freeway refers to as "Little Saigon"
