I think you should call Welsch, mentioned above I got a new old stock leather wheel for $200. Bargain price.

 

Another option I've used in the past on other vehicles, and in fact bought one for my Xk8, is a Wheelskins Leather Wrap. Won't be nearly as precise as a stock rebuild, but at 1/8 of the price, might give you an option. Available all over the net.

Gentlemen, Thank you so much for your opinion's concerning my Steering Wheel idea! The problem with these opinions are:

1. I don't want another stock leather wheel...
2. I've already looked and $500.00 seems to be about the going price to "re-furb" a Steering Wheel....

I feel that my design idea is what I would like "MY" Wheel to look like and I also feel that this something the Jaguar Designers may not have giving enough thought to...As I have noticed, most of the new "Sports Cars" out there have the 12:00 o'clock Stripe....Look at the new Corvette as an example....
