Saw Jon's thread and decided to check my side maker lights to see if and when they worked. All four corner side market lights illuminate period. My rear on the right side was out so I took it apart and found a corroded socket (with 1 pin broke). What are my options here?

Buy a used (ebay) marker light which usually includes the socket?

Just replace the socket, Have know idea if this is available without buying the whole marker light assembly?

WOW I actually found it.

For future reference it is : Dorman 645-931

Best price I found was $13 including shipping on ebay.

If you can get 4W or 3W lamps (or fit amber LEDs), it will slow down the socket's degradation
