There are 2 problems left The light in the S switch and in the ASC (or ESC) both are red and will not go out.

The abs light is out, the warning text in the display is gone, check engine is out and so is the amber warning light....

Another riddle solved: The S light in the switch:

Previous owner placed a newer type switch, resulting in the red light allways on and the sports mode not working. Fixed an old broken switch and now it fully works. Car is much faster too.

One more riddle to go (Asc switch wont go out) Hope that is a faulty switch also
