Default Brembo brakes OUCH!

Just bought a used 2006 XKR (my first Jaguar) knowing that it would need brakes/rotors. It has 19" wheels and Brembo brakes. IT seems that many of the parts are only available through Jaguar and the prices are crazy.

Are they any aftermarket sellers (like Brake Performance) that sell compatible parts?

Congratulations on your car. My car doesn't have Brembos, so I don't know much about the rotors, but as for pads EBC Redstuff and Akebono pads both seem to be popular.

I got the full package from Brake Performance for my 2003 not too long ago, pads and rotors for all 4 wheels

I did reuse the original caliper pins and spring clips rather than the new ones provided as the original Brembo parts were in good shape and fit better than the aftermarket bits.

As a follow up to my post about aftermarket sellers of brake parts-My XKR has Brembo brakes. I bought all new pads/rotors from Brake Performance. Everything worked great. Brake Performance-Highly recommended!
