Bulb Fail Rear
I recently added LED bulbs to my rear tail lights on my 97 XK8. I got a warning light on the dashboard. I assumed that it was because the LEDs draw so much less power than the original bulbs, so I wired in some resistors. That took care of the error message for my running lights, but I still get a warning message whenever the brake lights turn on. Adding lots of resistance hasn't fixed the issue at all, so I suspect there is some other way the error message is flashing on. Anyone have any advice?

As Charley said above: You will need to add more resistors to the Brake Lights.....I'm not sure how the 1997 Tail lights are wired, so you will need to get the Wiring Diagram for that year and determine which wires go to the Brake Lights...add a resistor to each one....and Hope!
