CD changer
(2002 XK8 coupe)
Having problems with the CD changer, radio says, no disc. I know I've got music in, working one min and then it just quit.
Anyone have any answers

Not an uncommon problem. Search the threads and you will find lots of things to try.
Start with taking out the magazine, reinsert all the CDs and put the magazine back in. Make sure the CDs are inserted correctly while you do this.

Thanks Mike, tried that many times and just didn't work .but on a good note ; I was able to get her back singing again. Just by persistent playing with it. I think it has something to do with the rejecting button, and poking around the inside of the player.not to mention slamming the magazine back in pretty hard. But she started working again.

The screw on mine eventually loosened up again so see if you can remove it and put some loctite on the threads to keep it tight (not sure if you can or not) - DON'T get overzealous and torque down on the screw and destroy the plastic at the top of the gear like I did
