Don't think so but there is an Auxilliary Power Socket available which fits in either the glove box or the boot:

There's also a rechargeable torch option (JLM 20104) which fits in the glove box and picks up the same 12v supply.

Presumably you're looking for an alternative feed for SatNav etc?

You may find another usable power connector under the center console, at the back of it. See the link. It's quite easy to reach and pull the cables.

The PO butchered the yellow harness socket for the phone on my last XK8 using this technique. The leads are very short and it was difficult to replace the yellow connector.

I could happily have him.
Just a thought!
