Coil Plug Clips, changable??

I replaced some ignition coils, but most of the clips totally fell apart. Can these be replaced?

Common fault and I just put a DAB of black RTV silicone on each electrical connector and plug them on. A small amount will allow it to be unplugged later but still hold it together.
