Default Cracked Dash Veneer

Has anyone tried epoxy diluted with acetone to fill/repair crack in dash veneer?

There are probably better things to spend your cash on but every time I get into the car it feels new.

Most medium-to-large sized towns in the U.S. have retired woodworker clubs that get together on a regular basis. Those guys have amazing repair skills along with nearly every tool known to man. Google "retired woodworker clubs" along with your town name and see what turns up. They can work their magic on expertly repairing these dash veneer pieces for very little money (and some even refuse to take your money because they are always looking for more projects to keep busy and they just want to help you)....

I will get to this eventually, what an amazing transformation Rishi! What did it cost to have it all redone? Looks fantastic.

It was $975 to get it done.
The wood was not stained just stripped, re-finished and polished. I had it done in the US, the guy s a real craftsman.

Definitely pricey, but came out fantastic. Mine still has a nice, dark color to it but there are a few small cracks forming.
