Default Drain plug for block?

Should the block be drained when chaning the coolant? I know there is a drain point behind or above the starter but i found a socket head bolt like the one on the supercharger bleed point although a bit smaller on the other side of the block. Is this also a drain point?

JTIS only displays the one drain plug which, I could not reach, behind the starter. I guess if you had a lift it would be easier.

I just drained all that would come out and refilled with a premixed 50/50 solution. That was easy but a flush would be appropriate if you are changing types of coolant.

There is a drain plug on the left side of the block towards the rear. You will need a 17mm hex socket wrench (allen), a long extension and a 1/2" breakover bar or 'cheater pipe' to get some leverage.
