Does anyone know what this is for and where it plugs in?

One of these connectors on the US specification energy absorbing bumper setup?





The only thing I can think of in that location is Adaptive Cruise Control.

The connector type, location & convoluted wire sheathing tally with the fan control relay module by the LHS horn and foglamp, but I can't reconcile the wire colours other than orange/yellow and green/blue?
