Engine light just came on tonightseems to be running fineI disconnected the battery to reboot the system but the light is still on. I thought there was some noise coming from the supercharger area-but didn't want to leave the engine running.

Its a 2001 XKRI am about 20 miles from dealeris it safe to driveI do not have any error codes showing up.

You are going to have to go to an Advance AP store, or any other that will read your DTCodes for free before we can help you.

Probably safe to drive as the ECM will run in 'Restricted Mode' or shut down before you can hurt it.

When ever the CEL comes on, need to read the codes with OBD2 reader.

 

Pull the fuse and forgetaboutit.
