CNY chapter of the Jaguar club held a slalom this morning.

First I've ever done.

What a hoot! I'd like to say I represented the Xk8 nation well but I've been informed that my first lap will be a highlight when the videos are posted.

Neat mix of cars. There was an E Type, XJS, my XK8, an X150 and an 8 cylinder F type coupe....which is stunningly fast.

The biggest shocker to me was an 87 XJ6 in the most beautiful green color that was in the hands of a very good driver. That car could handle!!

Can't wait for the Fall slalom!

Be careful. It is addictive. I started that in 1964 with an MGB. 2 years later I was tooling around all over the SE, racing an Abarth Alemano Spyder in SCCA road races. 😇
