Of my XK8 that I totaled. I had sent it in to this wrecked exotics site and ran across it the other day. I had forgot that I had sent it in. I can't find my pictures I thought I saved of it.

I don't remember the front end damage but I guess it must have been there!

Oh, in case you are wondering. The frame was bent and that's why they totaled it.

That happened when I was living in Florida. Yes, I bit the bushes!
Had a 100 something mile tow back to Orlando on a flat bed.
Think the wrecker was out of Brandon. Nice guy. Don't remember his
name or the service's name.
I was I-75 headed back from Sanibel. It had been raining off and on and I hit some water in the road and hydroplaned losing control. I slid down an embankment and fishtailed it up under the brush. You could only see the taillight. A trucker saw it happen and managed to stop and back up to where we were and stayed there until the police came so they
could find us. I walked down to a call box with about a million grasshoppers jumping
about me. Quite an experience. Later found out a friend of mine had driven past and saw the car being put on the wrecker but didn't know it was me. Thought that was something since we were both out of our neck off the woods.

 

Good to see you escaped something a major collision and walked away . That should be a scary moment though
