Default Gross leak

Keep getting code P0455 car running smooth. can't find any vacum leaks, car just passed smog this week.any help would be appreciated thank Walter.

that is a evap code related, purge valve, somewhere along those lines.

It can be the gas cap. Did the emissions facility use a gas cap tester and damage
the gasket in doing so?

The other culprit is the hose connection at the canister. Dont' know where it is
on your car.

Smog station did do pressure test, will check gas cap and purge valve.Thanks for the info much appreciated.

their tests may have made a old part finally fail??? Just funny that this happens soon after a test as these. I bet an old part somewhere along the line has pooped out. My money is on one of the valves.

Thanks for your input will check valves and lines tomorrow,probably worth replacing after 16 years would be one less headache.thanks Walter.
