With key off should the body supressor be drawing current?
and if not does that mean It has a short going to it?
and 3rd, should my ob2 reader turn on and start reading on before I turn the key on?

It's early in the morning but I don't think I remember what a 'body supressor' is.
On a couple cars the OBDII display will come on and attempt to sync with the car without the key on but will fail.

Yes, my bad it is called a body processor module or bpm I think ? lol
