Sounds like it may be a bit late, but how about this?

Just for others that might have this issue in the future. I found this technique on changing hubs on a grand cherokee but it works with rotors also... you place a proper sized ratchet extension between the frame mount and rotor, wedge it in then you just turn you steering wheel (on for power assist) gently... they will pop. I've done this a number of times on different vehicles.

I tried that exact technique Jim. It did help a bit on one of the rotors but eventually the bolt just snapped and the second bent. Maybe with stronger bolts it might have worked better. The other problem is where you contact the rotor, it is not enough of a flat surface, so you have to keep repositioning them to get pressure because the bolt wants to slip. It is a good technique that probably works in most cases.

I had the problem with my 06 xkr drilled rotors, 5 lb sledge didn't budge it. The answer is to use the right penetrant....Aerokroil by Kano Labs. Keep squirting it into the stud holes and anywhere else with access. It eventually did break it loose but took overnight and 5-6 squirt sessions. I then just pulled them off by hand. There is no substitute for Kroil. This multi polymer penetrant is not generally available in stores, just get it off the net. I used to buy it from my classic BMW motorcycle parts guy. I restored old motorcycles.... it would not have been possible without Kroil, it will dissolve corrosion like nothing else.

I meant to mention the fix for this problem, when its apart, apply a VERY light film of high temp caliper grease to the mating surfaces, they will never stick again. I also use this between the BBS wheel and th erotor, whcih will also stick really well if you're not careful.
