99 xk8, car seems to heat up quicker than any I've ever had, temp gauge goes to center and stays happy. When i park the car I've not noticed the fans staying on, should they? The car had been in the garage for about 2 hours, I just went out there to run an errund and on start up it was only one tick below the center of the gauge, within a block or so it was "up to temp" again. It seems to me it should cool down faster than it does, is this just the way these cars are?
