My fulcrums were stuck in the bushings - spun nicely but just wouldn't come out. Finally found that banging the pin fully in then fully out to stuck position, back and forth over and over again, let me come 5mm further for each cycle. Once I figured that out it was not too much work to get it out.

You have to have a shop grade torch , nothing none of use has at our house.

It will come right out and jaguar knows this, and its what they do,.

Started at 11:30 finished at 3:30
$350 for labor
Ouch!

Its designed to break instead of transferring that energy to your subframe $$$$$. The part looks scrunchy and weak, Ive heard of others failing on the highway resulting in bad wrecks, glad this didn't happen to you.
