Do a forum search using keywords 'green shower'. You'll see costs and options for repairing, including flying in a specialist from out-of-state. Figure on at least $2,500 for a Jag dealership to fix it - IF they'll do it in the first place.

 

A good indie should be around $1400 including recovering the header rail and side pieces - that's to replace the latch hoses only(inc.the hoses). Whilst he's in there if funds will stretch to it get him do the ram hoses as well - hardly any extra work labour wise. Top Hydraulics do the complete set for around $600, cheaper than the Jaguar parts last time I looked. It is time consuming but not technically difficult in my opinion. There is plenty of good information on this site on how to tackle the job. Just be methodical. One last thing, it could be the latch itself rather than the hoses- unlikely but by no means unknown. To check you need to remove the top cover.

If all this seems a little overwhelming, while sorting your options you can temporarily (or permanently) cap the latch hose ports at the pump (abandoning the failed latch hoses) and have use of your convertible top by opening and closing the latch manually. This mod costs about $6.00. There's a link in my sig. line below.

Chances are you have a hydraulic hose failure or a failing roof latch this link should help you understand the problem.
